Design is about process

I'm a process-driven person. And I believe process can help designer to create the real value and  innovation.
‍
I use the double diamond structure to understand customers and their problems and explore creative and innovative ways to solve their problems and delight them. There are definitely a lot of back and forth during the process, double diamond sometime can be triple diamond or quadruple diamond.

Constantly self-critiquing and keep learning
‍
I am always open to any critiques of my design, and I believe mistakes are inevitable if you want to succeed.

I like talking with people who have different perspectives and keeping learning from them. My peers and mentors can always inspire me and help me a lot. Listening to other designers' stories can help me to understand the current design industry deeply.

Designing the right thing is as important as designing in the right way

During one of my classes, my professor was always saying "garbage in, garbage out". I still remembered he putting a big trash bin on the table and saying these four words.

As a UX designer, I enjoying the process of design prototyping and keeping iterating. but I also value how do we get the insights and the synthesis process.
